The rooms are nice. The gym is about normal, they have a cable machine without a lot of attachments and dumbbells up to 50lb. It's centrally located in Hollywood to many attractions. The surrounding area is pretty rough though. I parked on the street overnight with no issues. The parking meters go from 9am to 7pm.

Wonderful hotel & updated rooms! Definitely one of the better Hampton Inns. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly. Even though the hotel is located in Hollywood, we felt safe and there is extra protection in the elevators. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, this is an issue at most hotels, but not at this Hampton! We will definitely stay here again! The breakfast was mid, but there are lots of restaurants within walking distance! Overall, very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Me And my family came down for a trip to Universal studios Hollywood.Last minute my reservation at my original hotel was cancelled.I walked in to see if there were any rooms available this was a Saturday everything was booked.This wonderful front desk worker named Adolfas saved the night.He was able to get me and my family a king size suite the last available he was extremely nice and his service was excellent. Breakfast was available in the price also valet parking. I am definitely coming back to this hotel when me and my family visit again. Nice people clean hotel and safe.

Beware of room 401. Right by the road so traffic is loud. Hinges to the shelves are VERY creaky and open up. Shower head drips constant water and can be heard very loudly. Kept me up. Mini fridge didn't refrigerate even when I put the settings to high, I had to spin it in circles and it's iffy. At least bedsheets and the table surfaces were clean 🤷‍♀️ Just room maintenance is bad. Found all these problems at night and called to report it but maintenance couldn't fix it at night obviously. Service at the front is great though. Major disappointment in the room.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great, not far from Universal Studios and many eateries nearby. The breakfast provided is good as well. Had a wonderful stay during my vacation.

This hotel is in a great location in Hollywood. Very walkable. The king suite room offered a good amount of space to spread out in the room with 2 adults and one preteen. The breakfast selection was one of the best we've had (as far as the "free hot breakfast" amenity goes). Did not have time to use the pool or fitness center but both looked great. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I did find it inconvenient that typically when I check-in on the HH app as a Gold member, I can choose my room and get a digital key. The room was selected for me and my room preference to be on a high floor was not considered. We were given a room on the 1st floor. Instead of heading to the room on arrival, I asked if there were higher floor, king suite rooms available, and the front desk quickly reassigned our room and gave us our snack bag. This will be our go-to when visiting Hollywood.
